Armenia and Azerbaijan have both reported incidents overnight between Sunday and Monday (27-28 November) on their international border. Both sides accuse each other of firing at their positions. There are also reports of similar incidents in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, involving armed formations of the self-declared Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
It is not clear what time of weapons were involved.
The incidents follow a trend that has been ongoing in recent days as the situation on the border and in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zonbe remains tense, and progress in the peace negotiations appear to be moving slowly.
