Armenian authorities have announced that they have arrested an Azerbaijani soldier who had entered the territory of Armenia early in the morning on Monday (10 April), reportedly having got lost due to bad weather.
Earlier, Azerbaijani media citing the country's Ministry of Defense announced that two Azerbaijani military personnel had gone missing in the Shahbuz district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, "due to limited visibility and unfavorable weather conditions".
Having been arrested between 1am and 2am, the Azerbaijani serviceman said that another man had been with him, and the Armenian Ministry of Defense have said they are now searching for the other soldier.
On their part, Azerbaijan have also said that were taking the "necessary measures" to look for both of the lost military personnel.
