The European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, on Monday (31 May) spoke on the phone with Azerbaijani foreign minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, to discuss regional issues.
According to a statement posted on the website of the Azerbaijani foreign ministry, they also discussed "the implementation of trilateral statements, as well as the recent tensions on the border".
